2015-11-09

Bradan Ryan

Congratulations to Bradan Ryan for winning the Chevrolet SoccerSkills Challenge being the leading participant in his age and gender group from all across Canada! Bradan wins a trip to Vancouver this weekend to attend the Canadian Men's National Team match on Friday! Flight, tickets and accommodation all included!

12-year old Bradan Ryan started his soccer path with Scotia Soccer Club in 2011 in the Under 8 mini program. The following winter season he joined the U10 Academy squad and that summer he decided to return to U10 recreational. That certainly didn't slow him down. For the next six seasons Bradan exclusively played on Scotia Academy teams until making the SFC Tier 1 Under 14 team this fall. Scotia's Director of Coach and Player Development, Tony Cargill, attributes Bradan's success to him being a strong worker. He never gives up. Bradan's determination and skill was apparent this past summer, when he entered the Chevrolet Soccer Skills Challange and became the leading participant in his age and gender category from all across Canada! Bradan will enjoy his prize this weekend, when he leaves Thursday morning for Vancouver to attend a Canadian Men's National Team match on Friday. After arriving at BC Place Stadium he will receive Canada Soccer apparel, watch the team warm-up and will be escorted down to the field level for pitch-side presentations. At half time, he will be officially recognized on the pitch! Saturday morning he will attend a Chevrolet and Canada Soccer event at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel and have brunch with the National team players! He will then have an opportunity for photos and autographs. What a prize!
