New CFC policy on non-parent coaches reimbursement when traveling

There is a new Central FC policy which sets out guidelines for teams to reimburse non-parent coaches when traveling. Teams will often reimburse non-parent coaches for their kms, hotel and meals, for more details please see the policy for more details.
