Under 3/4 (Summer parent/tot program)

Who can participate?
The Under 4 program is designed for children who turn three and four years of age in the current year. Each player must be matched up with a parent or responsible care giver to participate on the field with the child.

What equipment is required?
The players are required to wear shin pads, with soccer socks, shorts and soccer cleats although runners are acceptable at this level. Parents should be ready to participate with their child wearing comfortable clothing and proper footwear. Timbits jerseys, shorts and socks will be distributed at the first game and can be kept by the player.

What is the schedule? 
This program offers one 45-minute session/week at 6-6:45 pm on Monday. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

Where will they play?
The program is held at Holland Road Elementary School, in Fletchers Lake and Millwood High School in Lower Sackville.  There is no U4 program in the winter, but second year U4 players will move up to U6 for the winter program. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

Jamboree
A year-end Jamboree is held for the mini program, where the under 4 group is invited to particpate in the refreshments and get their medals.  Volunteers and sponsors are always welcome to help with this event!  Please email the Under 4 contact to volunteer.

Under 5 Mini/Timbits (Summer Season Co-ed program)

Who can participate?
The Under 5 program is designed for children who turn five years of age in the current year and teams are made up of both boys and girls. 

What equipment is required?
The players are required to wear shin pads, with soccer socks, shorts and soccer cleats. Timbits jerseys, shorts and socks will be distributed at the first game and can be kept by the player.

What is the schedule?
Teams will meet once a week for a 45 minute session on Thursdays at 6-6:45 pm in Fall River and Wednesdays 6:30-7:15pm at Millwood. They play 3 vs 3 games as well as training stations. Weather cancellation dates may be added at the end of the season. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

Coaching
Teams are coached by volunteer Game Leaders. Trainers will conduct training  at each training station. Each Game Leader must agree to have a police check performed and attend a coaching course. The costs for each are covered by Central FC.

Where will they play?
They will participate in sessions at Holland Road School field. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

Jamboree
A year-end Jamboree wil be planned that brings together all the Under 5 teams for some friendly competition and fun. Volunteers and sponsors are always welcome to help with this event! Please email the Under 6 coordinator to volunteer.

What is the schedule?
Teams will meet once a week on Thursday, for 50 minutes from 6-6:50 pm (Fall River) and Wednesday 6:30-7:15 at Millwood (Lower Sackville). They play 3 vs 3 games as well as training stations. Weather cancellation dates may be added at the end of the season.

Teams are coached by volunteers. Trainers will conduct training  at each training station. Each team requires a parent-coach volunteer.  All coaches must agree to have a police check performed and attend a coaching course. The costs for each are reimbursed by Scotia Soccer.

They will participate in sessions at Ash Lee Jefferson field. Please refer to the Team Rosters and Team Schedules for your child's team.

Under 8 Mini / Timbits (Summer Season boy's or girl's program)

Who can participate?
The under 8 program is designed for children who turn seven and either years of age in the current year and teams where teams are made up of boy teams and girl teams. 

What equipment is required?
The players are required to wear shin pads, with soccer socks, shorts and soccer cleats. Timbits jerseys, shorts and socks will be distributed at the first game and can be kept by the player.

What is the schedule?
Teams will meet twice a week on Monday and Thursday, for 60 minutes from 7-8:00 pm in Fall River and Tuesday and Thursday in Lower Sackville 6:30-7:30pm. They play 5vs5 games as well as training stations. Weather cancellation dates may be added at the end of the season. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

Coaching
Teams are coached by volunteers. Trainers will conduct training  at each training station. Each team requires a parent-coach volunteer.  All coaches must agree to have a police check performed and attend a coaching course. The costs for each are paid by Central FC.

Where will they play?
Boys will participate in sessions at Ash Lee Jefferson field, girls will participate in sessions at Holland Road field. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

Under 8 Pre-Prospects

Who can participate?
The under 8 Pre-prospects program is designed for children who turn seven and eight years of age in the current year and teams are divided up between boys and girls. 

What equipment is required?
The players are required to wear shin pads, with soccer socks, shorts and soccer cleats. The Academy kit can be purchased for $40 online at the time of registration. The kit includes Scotia red shoots, socks and t-shirt. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

What is the schedule?
Teams will meet twice a week plus their jamboree game.
Boys and girls will alternate times and will play in weekend jamborees throughout the summer months. Applies to 2017. 2018 not yet finalized.

Coaching
Teams are coached by volunteers. All coaches must agree to have a police check performed and attend a coaching course. The costs for each are reimbursed by Central FC.

Under 10 Recreation

Who can participate?
The under 10 recreational program is designed for children who turn nine and ten years of age in the current year and teams are divided up between boys and girls.

What equipment is required?
The players are required to wear shin pads, with soccer socks and soccer cleats. 

What is the schedule?
Teams meet twice a week. Games will be played against Sackville, Bedford and other Scotia teams.

Coaching
Teams are coached by volunteers. Skills sessions are run by Trainers with the assistance of the Coaching staff.  Each team requires a parent-coach volunteer.  All coaches must agree to have a police check performed and attend a coaching course. The costs for each are reimbursed by Scotia Soccer.

Where will they play?
Harry R Hamilton (Sackville Area Teams) Ash Lee Jefferson (Fall River)  Holland Road in Fletchers Lake, Basinview School in Bedford a.. Please refer to the team schedule and team  roster for your child's team. The winter program is a training session in a local gym.

A year-end Jamboree wil be planned that brings together all the Under 10 teams for some friendly competition and fun. Volunteers and sponsors are always welcome to help with this event!  Please email the U9, 10, 11 12 Coordinator to volunteer.

Under 12 Community Programs

Who can participate?
The under 12 Community program teams play in the CISL .  Players can attend the Under 12  Pre-Prospects tryout sessions at an additional fee or register directly with the Under 12 Community program. This program is designed for the recreational level and for children turning 11 and 12 in the current year.

What equipment is required?
The players are required to wear shin pads, cleats or turf shoes (depending on field).  

What is the schedule?
They play 9 vs 9 outdoors in the summer. The schedule can be found on the CISL website.

How do I find a field?
Go to the CISL website for an updated page of fields, locations and maps. 

Coaching
Teams are coached by volunteers.  Skills sessions are run by Trainers with the assistance of the Coaching staff. The costs for each are reimbursed by Central FC If you wish to get involved and coach, you can register online as a coach.

Tournaments
Attending any tournaments is a subject which is determined at a parents meeting.

Please refer to Program and Registration Information, under the Registeration tab, for current season rates. Additional fees can include, tournaments, purchase of clothing items (ie, shorts, socks, training t-shirts, track suits), additional practice or training sessions and team offical's travel expenses (generally for non parent coaches).
